9.2.2 The conductors of the flexible cord shall not be smaller than 12 AWG (3.3 mm2).

9.2.7 When the cabinet is to supply another cabinet, the provision for such supply shall consist of a length
01 flexible cord terminating in a 15- or 20-ampere, locking, grounding-type cord connector body. The cord shall be the type and size required by 9,2.1 and 9.2.2. The cord shall be secured to the underside of the cabinet so that:
a) The cord connector body cannot be extended beyond the cabinet in any direction and
b) The cabinets can be separated no more than 2 inches (50.8 mm) when coupled in any intended arrangement.
9.2.8 Flexible cord shall be secured to the underside of the cabinet in a manner that will not result In damage to the cord, The installation of the cord shall comply with the requirements of 9.2,9 — 9.2.16, 92.9 The identified conductor of the flexible cord (the conductor having white or gray insulation) shall be connected to the identified supply wire or terminal described In 16,1, 162, and 16.5.
9.2.10 To determine if a wired cabinet complies with the requirement in 9.2.9, it is to be tested as described in 16.6.
9.2.11 The equipment grounding conductor of the flexible cord shall be conductively connected to all metal of the wired cabinet that is required to be grounded in accordance with 19.1 by riveting, bolting, welding, or an equivalent means that does not depend on solder.
